We want you to love every fragrance you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfume products.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We're happy to exchange products for a different variant or fragrance of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email hello@minaperfumes.com with your order number and reason for return.
